Before things get crazy this year I decided to take myself on a mini tour or Europe. First stop London! I’ll be here for most of my European stay since that’s where I have a cheap place to stay. Next week I’ll be in Paris for a couple days, then next weekend Amsterdam, then back to London before heading back to New York on April 6th. As much as I hate to admit it, this is my very first trip across the Atlantic Ocean, and if I do say so myself… it’s about time! When I get back to New York wedding season will be in full swing! Between April 9th and November 6th I have 28 weddings to shoot, so I figured what better way to charge my batteries, right?
I flew in on Thursday morning just in time to enjoy one of the nicest Spring days London has had this year! People we picnicking in the parks, sitting at sidewalk cafés, and the daffodils were blooming. Below are just a few shots from the neighborhood I’ve been staying in. The first shot is my friend Jesse who has been nice enough to let me crash at his place. I love the rainbow flare in that shot and, of course, that classic British telephone booth!
