“How do you date a girl who lives on the other side of the planet?” this was a quote recalled during one of the 10-12 speeches at Dave and Clara’s wedding from a friend recounting his first memories of Dave and Clara’s relationship. Dave was in the U.S. and Clara was far away in China. As you can see, the two ended up together. In the end, (or the beginning) setteling down the neighborhood of Williamsburg Brooklyn with their little dog and living happily ever after.
Konrad and I covered 10 hours of Dave and Clara’s big day, and believe me, there are plenty of images left to show, but for the sake of not crashing your browser, I stopped myself from adding any more photos to the nearly 100+ photos below. There were so many amazing moments and gorgeous details! And get this– everything was planned and designed by Clara! She is most certainly a creative force to be reckoned with, absolutely amazing! I thought I died and went to photo heaven!
From the perfectly simple ceremony at a new portion of the Brooklyn Bridge Park to the awesome reception at Galapagos Art Space in DUMBO Brooklyn. This day was perfect. Just perfect. Thank you Clara and Dave for allowing Konrad and I to capture your big day. In the words of Dave to Clara during their vows “you’re awesome!”
