I was so excited to do this shoot! For starters, I got to drive to to Northern New Jersey to Ted’s parent’s lake house, which I had been excited about for at least a month! But also because this shoot just happened to fall on a day that had some of most idealistic Autumn weather I think I’ve ever witnessed. Thank you East Coast! I knew there was a reason I wanted to move here!

It was soo perfect! Kelly made the drive up with me and even did a little second shooting, wooo hoo! When we got there, Jess told us that she has ordered a pizza from a place down the road, for our little picnic shoot. So funny ’cause when she ordered it, the place was sure she was a prank caller because she has asked for the perperoni to be placed in the shape of a heart! How awesome is that?! So of course, I couldn’t leave that little gem out of this blog post! Jess and Ted met in College, so for our shoot they decided to sport their college sweatshirts! So cute and casual. I feel like I really got to see just how comfortable and close the two of them are.

A big thank you to Jess and Ted for their creativy and willingness to do whatever silly pose I could think of! You guys were so much fun! I seriously can’t wait ’till the wedding in July! I have a good feeling it’s gonna be a ridiculously fun time! Lastly, thanks for giving me a fantastic excuse to get out of the city for a day, it really was such a treat! Congrats you two!
